Questions about Black Month
Who gets access to Black Month?
From 29 October, 9:00, to 1 November, 9:00 (German time): all existing customers. From 1 November, 9:00, to 22 November: all newsletter subscribers. From 23 November, during Black Week, everything is open to everyone, no password needed. ✨ In the UK, the offers start on 23 November with Black Week.
How do I get the password?
We'll send it to you by email. If you haven't signed up yet, join our newsletter on the access page. During Black Month you'll get access straight away.
How does the multi-buy discount work?
Buy 2 or more bibs from the reduced categories and save an extra 8 %. During Black Week (23 to 30 November) you save 12 % instead of 8 % when you buy 3 or more bibs. Mix and match as you like – the discount is deducted automatically in your basket.
Which products are reduced?
Selected bibs (12 % or 15 % off), the MY PLACE placemat, the Tiny Champs wet bag and the Cuddly Little Love muslin (15 % off each). Bestsellers, seconds, new arrivals and limited editions are not reduced.
Can I use a discount code?
Existing discount codes still work, but they can't be combined with Black Month prices or the multi-buy discount. It's either the code or the Black Month price.
Is there a prize draw?
Yes, with Familux: every order placed between 29 October and 30 November is automatically entered if it's delivered to Germany, Austria or the United Kingdom. The prize is a family weekend at one of the Familux Resorts for 2 adults and 2 children. You'll find all the details in the terms and conditions.
What is the January voucher?
For every order placed between 23 and 30 November, you'll receive a personal €10 voucher. You'll find the code in your order confirmation. It's valid from 2 to 31 January 2027 on orders of €50 or more, can be used once and applies to our whole range.
How does the Black Friday offer work?
On 27 November (0:00 to 23:59, German time), the first 200 orders of €70 or more after discounts get a free Tiny Champs wet bag, while stocks last.
Is there anything for Christmas?
From 1 December there are no more Black Month discounts – instead, you'll get a free bib with orders of €100 or more. Choose between Bright Fuchsia and Birthday Cake. The offer runs until the last shipping date before Christmas.
How long does delivery take?
During Black Week, delivery within Germany currently takes 3 to 5 working days.
